Meet Executive Director

Sanitra Thomas is the founder of Kode Blvck The Redevelopment Brand Incorporations, based in Atlanta, Ga. A graduate Wingfield High School in Jackson, Ms., she studied Mass Communications at Hinds Community College and is also a Transformational Coach. Sanitra is deeply passionate about youth and teen community development, particularly in the areas of mental health education, art, and technology. Her expertise spans visionary strategies, transformational acquisitions, and radical problem solving, all aimed at individuals achieve success in a digital world.

As the CEO and founder of Stoner Muziik Entertainment, Sanitra also known as Luckii Ya Dig, is recognized for her expertise in strategic operations, regulatory management, and leadership within the music industry. Her advisory work on governance changes has helped companies implement cross-functional practices, driving growth, sustainability, and revenue.

Sanitra has collaborated with notable figures in the community and music industry leaders. With her high energy leadership skills and motivational style, Sanitra excels at building inclusive teams that foster strong community engagement and deliever outstanding results. She has led impactful development workshops and built teams with a focus on mental health care and wellbeing.  

In addition to her entreprenurial work, Sanitra brings coporate experience through her freelance involvement with for profit leadership boards.
